This is the first of its kind where you will learn all about Open Access, Open Data, Open Science, Open Information and Open Education: the free availability of scholarly articles, data, and educational resources online. This event is being held in partnership with a global annual OpenCon meeting.

OpenCon 2017 Nsukka is open to postgraduate students, lecturers and other researchers within and outside University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
