OpenCon 2016 will gathering of 15 to 50 participants including students of secondary and tertiary institutions, teachers and lecturers, researchers and practitioners. It will basically be built on the OpenCon global meeting. Using video clips, materials and images, the objectives and successes of the main event will be communicated to as many as possible players.  We hope to break barriers to achieve a more open system of sharing information and research across the globe.
