This is a conference talking about the Open concept. It includes Open Access, Open Data and Open Education. Participants will discuss about those concepts, and how effectively they can help students and professionals gain suitable information and opportunities to improve their skills and boost their career. We will discuss together about how great the opportunity of Open fields is for us Africans to develop our countries.
