Just waiting for everyone to realize you’re a fraud, totally unqualified, and that all your success is down to luck? You might be experiencing Imposter Syndrome, and you’re not alone, many in the community struggle with it. There is no quick fix to Imposter Syndrome, but talking helps. We hope that the call will help give you tactics to deal with Imposter Syndrome, connect you with others who are also struggling, and help us all understand how we can support one another.
Call Agenda
You can find all the agendas and minutes from community calls in one place, right here.
Calls are always better with your contributions! Here are some questions to get you thinking before the call:
- How has / does Imposter Syndrome affect you?
- What tactics have you found helpful for you?
- What would you say to others struggling?
- How can we make the most of our Imposter Syndrome?
- How can we support others with Imposter Syndrome, ourselves and as a community?
- How is Impostor Syndrome socialized/reinforced by gender/race?
As ever, we welcome folks to join the discussion to listen, but encourage folks to come prepared to share their experiences in the discussion if they can... you’re totally qualified.
