Accessible reliable and fully described experimental data is critically lacking in the materials/mechanics community to validate accurate predictive models.
Our project proposes a platform for researchers to present their experimental results as standardized datasets. Experimental researchers can then obtain a DOI for their datasets, making them citable by others.

What kinds of help are we looking for?
We are interested in people who support us to build a community or help us to get in contact with other people with similar projects. Another aspect is fundraising for hosting the platform and providing storage for the data sets.
For the platform we also search web developer and graphic designer to extend the basic version.
Can you be based remotely to help? Yes! Can collaborate from anywhere in the world.
Who do I get in touch with if I want to help out? If you have questions or are interested in helping out, please get in touch directly with the project leads, Patrick Diehl and Ilyass Tabiai, at [email protected].
